Simon Coutts is a realtor with a comprehensive and vast knowledge of the real estate market, offering an all-around and dynamic working team including mortgage advice, architectural and interior design guidance, and professional photography to fully realize the value of your property.

Living on the North Shore most of his life, and doing business in Vancouver’s downtown for over 20 years, Simon can provide his clients with a diverse knowledge that includes a deep understanding of the area in which he concentrates his listings (Coal Harbour, Yaletown, West Vancouver, and North Vancouver). His experience in the real estate industry has been enriched by managing an extensive real estate investment portfolio of residential and commercial property in the area.

Since joining Macdonald Realty in 2007, Simon has received the Award of Excellence, awarded to only the top producing agents in each office. In 2024, Simon sold more real estate (sales and cash volume) than any other agent in the North Shore offices. Along with this, he has also consistently been a part of the MLS Medallion Club – a prestigious award given to the top 10% of all realtors in Vancouver.
